As this post is suitable for secondment, interested applicants need to have secured the secondment agreement with their manager prior to the application.

We are seeking to recruit dynamic and innovative BusinessEngagement Officers to join SkillsHouse, Bradford Council’s Employment andSkills service.

This exciting role is employer-facing and thesuccessful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to link in with localbusinesses, building relationships and identifying effective solutions to meettheir hiring and workforce development needs.

The Business Engagement Officers are at the heartof partnership working, leading on sector-specific initiatives with a focus onimproving inclusive employment outcomes.

You will be expected to demonstrate your ability tomeet the special knowledge, experience, and qualifications required for therole which will be used for shortlisting.
