CNC Operator / Setter Operator - Permanent PM Shift

Location : Brierley Hill

Salary : £27,600 - £32,000 (inc. shift allowance & performance bonus)

Working Hours : Mon-Wed 14 : 00-00 : 00 | Thurs 14 : 00-23 : 30

Overtime Available | Permanent Role | Immediate Start

About the Role :

You'll join a fast-paced, successful manufacturing team operating a variety of CNC machines-primarily lathes and VMCs-with Fanuc and Siemens controls.

Operate and / or set CNC lathes and CNC VMCs

Manage multi-machine cells : 3 spindles per operator (typically 2 CNC lathes + 1 VMC)

Ensure quality, precision, and safety standards are consistently met

Maintain production efficiency on the permanent PM shift

What We're Looking For :

Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator or CNC Setter Operator

Ability to work with Fanuc and / or Siemens controls

Comfortable running multiple machines within a cell

A proactive attitude and commitment to quality
