Delivery Driver / 7.5T / C1 LGV / Business to Business Deliveries

C1 / 7.5T LGV Delivery Driver who has excellent time-management and customer service skills and the ability to provide a professional delivery service to our business customers is required to join our team at the Salvo 1968 Cheshunt Warehouse.

SALARY : £35,000 per annum + Generous Benefits (see below)

LOCATION : Cheshunt, Hertfordshire

JOB TYPE : Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS : 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Saturday working may be required

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a reliable C1 / 7.5T LGV Delivery Driver who has excellent time-management and customer service skills and the ability to provide a professional delivery service to our business customers.

Working as a C1 / 7.5T LGV Delivery Driver youll play a vital role in delivering goods safely, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service.

From carrying out vehicle checks to ensuring accurate, timely deliveries, as a C1 / 7.5T LGV Delivery Driver youll be the face of our brand on the road.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Your duties as a C1 / 7.5T LGV Delivery Driver include :

Carrying out daily vehicle, equipment, and safety checks before and after shifts

Driving responsibly, following road safety regulations and company delivery schedules

Loading, securing, and unloading goods with care, including chilled and frozen products

Using handheld devices to record deliveries and capture proof of delivery

Providing friendly and professional service to customers, resolving delivery queries where needed

Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and reporting any issues promptly

Wearing PPE and representing the company brand with professionalism at all times

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Full, clean driving licence appropriate to 7.5T vehicles

Valid CPC

Physically fit and able to handle heavy loads safely

Positive, can-do attitude with flexibility to adapt to changing demands

Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining safety standards

Strong team player with excellent customer service skills

High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

Punctual and reliable with a professional work ethic
