IOSH / NEBOSH IWFM Level 4+ RICS accreditation or related property qualification Excellent communicator, able to operate at both occupier and board level. The Role
We're looking for an Estates Manager with strong FM and property management experience to oversee a high-profile London estate. You'll take ownership of day-to-day operations, service charge budgets, and contractor management, ensuring the estate is safe, compliant, and running to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
- Lead FM service delivery (hard & soft) across the estate portfolio.
- Manage multi-million-pound service charge budgets, driving cost efficiency and value.
- Ensure full health & safety compliance, risk management, and statutory obligations.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships with landlords, occupiers, contractors, and local authorities.
- Deliver lifecycle and asset management strategies, ensuring long-term estate performance.
- Oversee tendering, contracts, and supplier SLAs / KPIs.
- Drive sustainability, ESG, and community engagement initiatives.
