Capacity Planning Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Capacity Planning Manager to join a growing contact centre and operations team. This is a pivotal role in analysing business forecasts, aligning resources, and ensuring operational efficiency while supporting strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business forecasts and operational trends to assess current and future capacity requirements.
• Develop and refine planning models that improve resource utilisation and efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, aligning capacity strategies with business objectives and operational realities.
• Lead regular planning meetings and present KPIs, driving transparency and informed decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Lead, develop, and guide a small capacity planning team.

Hours and Salary

Monday to Friday - 39.5 hours - flexible start time

25 days holiday plus banks

Onsite working with possible hybrid option after 3-6 months
