Bilingual Tutor (Russian & English) Wanted – 1 : 1 Support for Young Person in Maidstone

Are you a patient and empathetic tutor looking to make a real difference in a young person's life?

We're seeking a dedicated tutor to work on a 1 : 1 basis with a young person in Maidstone who is currently out of mainstream education. The student requires personalised support due to an EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan).

About the Role :

You'll be helping the learner re-engage with education through a flexible, nurturing approach. This will include :

Delivering tailored lessons (English, Maths and core subjects)

Supporting language development (Russian & English preferred)

Working in the student's home or community setting

Providing encouragement, structure and emotional support

Liaising with parents / carers and professionals

What We're Looking For :

A tutor with experience supporting children with EHCPs, SEND or behavioural needs

Bilingual (Russian & English) – highly desirable

Strong background in teaching or tutoring (QTS, HLTA or equivalent)

Patient, resilient and creative in adapting lessons to suit individual needs

Ability to work independently and flexibly
