Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care home team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality clinical care to residents, support care staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role is central to maintaining a safe, dignified, and supportive environment for older adults and those with complex care needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide clinical nursing care to residents including assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation

Administer prescribed medication safely and in accordance with NMC guidelines and care home policy

Manage and respond to clinical emergencies and changes in residents health

Ensure accurate and timely documentation and maintenance of care records

Work closely with GPs, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care

Lead and supervise care assistants and support workers on shift

Maintain infection control and health & safety standards
