Develop individualised treatment plans to suit patient needs and contribute to successful rehabilitation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to offer comprehensive patient care. Maintain up-to-date patient records and manage your workload efficiently. Travel to different locations as required, so being a car driver is essential. HCPC-registered Car driver with access to a vehicle (travel between sites is required)
