What You’ll Do :

• Lead Strategy : Define and own our enterprise-wide AI and automation roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Drive Impact : Identify and prioritise high-value use cases involving GenAI, LLMs, RPA, and intelligent agents.
• Deliver Solutions : Oversee the development and deployment of AI / ML models into production systems.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner with product, engineering, operations, and business units to scale AI capabilities.
• Promote Ethical AI : Advocate for responsible AI practices in line with UK and international standards.
• Build Awareness : Lead internal education initiatives—demos, workshops, playbooks—to boost AI literacy.
• Govern Effectively : Develop frameworks for AI project governance, lifecycle management, and ROI tracking.
• Vendor Management : Evaluate and manage relationships with external AI platform vendors and partners.
• Stay Ahead : Keep ClearCourse at the forefront of GenAI, MLOps, RPA, and regulatory trends.
