Requirements :

Carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and basic decorating

Responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents

Ensuring equipment, fixtures, and fittings are in good working order

Supporting with fire safety checks, health & safety compliance, and record keeping

Liaising with external contractors when needed
