Payroll Manager

Liberty Recruitment Group are absolutely delighted to be partnering with this Client to recruit a Payroll Manager. This role is based in Southampton and following a successful probation period you can work two days a week from home. Paying up to £47,000, This is a full-time permanent role.

Some of your responsibilities will include;

• Overseeing and directing the companys payroll procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws; payroll tax obligations; and internal policies.
• Managing and coaching the payroll team to deliver the companys payroll in a timely fashion.
• Collaborating with the HR team and Accounts to ensure colleague information regarding pay is correct monthly.
• Maintaining accurate records and preparing all necessary payroll reports.
• Ensuring P11ds / P60s are processed and submitted in a timely manner.
• Resolving issues and answering payroll-related questions with empathy and clarity.
