We are delighted to be working exclusively with our client, a leading global technology company, on an exciting, newly created opportunity for a Senior Commercial & Privacy Counsel to join their fast-growing in-house legal team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, advising on high-quality, complex matters while helping shape the company 0s approach to commercial and privacy issues worldwide.

The Role

• Advise on a wide range of complex commercial agreements, partnerships, and technology contracts.
• Provide strategic guidance on global data protection, privacy, and regulatory matters.
• Work closely with the product development team to advise them on any regulatory matters.
• Work directly with senior business leaders and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of the in-house legal function.

About You

• Qualified lawyer with 6+ years PQE gained specialising in commercial law
• Strong commercial contracts experience gained from a leading law firm or in-house
• Previous knowledge of privacy and data protection law, with the ability to provide pragmatic, business-focused advice.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage at a senior level.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
