Commercial Manager - Tier One Main Contractor - London Based

With Expertise working within the construction industry, our client has a network of office across London, home counties and across the UK working across both public and private sector with an impressive order book in excess of £11 Billion. Working across various contracts within new build, D&B, refurbishment and fit out our client has a range of projects within commercial, residential, MOD, healthcare and education ranging from smaller works to projects in excess of £150 Million.

As a business, they pride themselves in their strong operational delivery and commercial acumen and due to their success have recorded a 6% growth in profits. With a solid pipeline of work across various sectors they are on track to create lots of opportunities working with a very strong and risk adverse client base.

For this role, they are looking for a Commercial Manager to join their London Team. With a well respected leadership team, they are looking for someone with a proven track record and of similar mindset of delivery and strong commercial experience.
