AC & Refrigeration Engineer

£45,000 + Door to Door + van (Personal use

Core Hours – Monday – Friday 08 : 00-17 : 00 (40 hours)

Our Facilities Management team at Winner is partnering with a reputable, family-run service provider seeking skilled AC & refrigeration engineer to perform planned and reactive maintenance across a mixture of retail & Commercial sites throughout England.

Responsibilities :

As an AC & Refrigeration engineer you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on AC and refrigeration systems including VRV / VRF, split systems, cold rooms, and chillers
You will be involved with minor installations C and refrigeration units including VRV / VRF, split systems, cold rooms, and chillers
As an AC & refrigeration engineer you will diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
You will Complete all relevant documentation and service reports
Liaise with clients on-site to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Adhere to all health & safety and compliance standards

Requirements :

Proven experience as a AC & refrigeration engineer

Ideally an NVQ or diploma within Installing & Maintaining AC and Refrigeration

Hold other qualifications such as FGAS & Co2

Proficient in reading and interrupting technical diagrams and manuals with strong working knowledge of HVAC systems and their components.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong communication skills and comfortable using handheld devices for logging.

Full UK driver’s license with strong customer service skills
