Health Care Support Worker

Ward 15 is a 26 bedded Ward. The ward cares for individuals requiring elective and emergency Urology surgical needs.
We are looking for highly motivated nursing assistants to join our team. The individuals will be responsible for supporting the Registered nurse and other Multidisciplinary team members in the delivery of direct patient care.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for individuals who can work well within our team, are reliable, and have a passion for the provision of high quality nursing care to improve patient experience.
In return we will of a supernumerary induction period and continuing support and personal development.
The individuals will be responsible for supporting the registered nurse in the delivery of direct patient care. This is assisting in meeting patient comfort within the Urology nursing specialty.
