The Vacancy

Here at Halton Housing, we are looking for an experienced Environmental Services Operative to work across our vibrant organisation.

What You’ll Do :

• Assist in carrying out a range of horticultural and cleansing operations to open spaces and individual gardens, including but not limited to; litter picking, fly tipping, removal and environmental improvements
• Be proactive in reporting repairs, hazards, defects, fly tipping and any health and safety matters
• Carry out a range of grass cutting operations including Grass cutting with hand, pedestrian controlled and ride on machines
• Pruning and general maintenance of hedgerows and shrub beds with hand tools and powered cutters, including soil preparation and mulching
