Job Title : Registered Manager – Supported Living (Adults with Learning Disabilities)

Contract Type : Full-time, permanent

Salary : £40,000 – £45,000

The Opportunity

Compass Associates are working with a provider of specialist adult social care services to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for supported living services in Scotland. This role will lead the day-to-day management of services for adults with LD, ensuring high standards of care, strong regulatory compliance and effective leadership of staff teams.

This is an opportunity to join a service at a pivotal time, driving cultural change, embedding improvements, and ensuring people receive the highest quality support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership and management of supported living services for adults with ld.
• Ensure services comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing, care planning, budgets, and service outcomes.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary staff teams, promoting engagement and a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure robust safeguarding and risk management practices are in place.
• Drive continuous improvement in service performance and quality.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with families, commissioners, and external agencies.
