I’m delighted to be supporting a design-led consumer startup entering a key stage of growth. They’re now looking for a Head of People to build and run the people function, balancing strategy with hands-on delivery.
This role will be pivotal in shaping the organisation as it scales - ensuring world-class talent joins the journey, that the culture remains inspiring, and that the business is set up for long-term success.
What you’ll do :
- Lead talent acquisition end-to-end, building a lightweight but effective recruitment engine
- Partner with leadership to design and implement people strategy that supports scaling
- Establish people systems, analytics, and processes that are practical, compliant, and culture-focused
- Coach and support managers while mentoring a growing People team
- Drive continuous improvement across HR, talent, and culture
