I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced on-trade Sales Manager to join a leading UK drinks wholesaler covering the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity to build and lead a brand-new team within a growing and ambitious business. The Role As Regional Sales Manager, you will: Develop, lead and inspire a newly established sales team Drive sales growth across the North West region within the on-trade Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Deliver commercial targets in a competitive, fast-paced market Support, coach and develop team members to maximise performance Work collaboratively with senior leadership to implement regional strategy This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and active involvement in driving sales performance. About You We're looking for a motivated, commercially driven individual who brings: Proven experience in beer keg sales On-trade drinks sales experience A strong track record of delivering results in a competitive sales environment Confidence in building long-term customer relationships Excellent communication and influencing skills Highly advantageous: Previous sales management or team management experience Experience working for a drinks wholesaler You'll be energetic, relationship-focused and passionate about the drinks industry, with the drive to build something new and make a real impact.
