Bid Manager & Estimator

Our client is an emerging contractor focused within the Façades and Cladding space, looking to onboard a Bid Manager and Estimator to strengthen their Pre-Construction Team. You will offer extensive relevant experience within Cladding Remediation and Façades and will be able to operate autonomously.

This role will play a key part in driving work-winning activity, taking responsibility for the preparation and coordination of high-quality, compliant and commercially robust tender submissions. You will manage the bid process from initial enquiry through to final submission, working closely with operational and design colleagues to ensure proposals are aligned with technical requirements and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and coordinate tender submissions from enquiry through to award

Review ITTs and scope requirements, identifying risk and opportunity

Prepare cost estimates and support pricing strategy

Produce high-quality written submissions and supporting documentation

Ensure all bids are compliant, accurate and submitted on time
