Following the retirement of the current Head after 12 years of dedicated service, this is a truly exciting opportunity for an outstanding leader to join a confident, forward-looking organisation at a pivotal moment in its distinguished history. The successful candidate will hold overall responsibility for the strategic direction, operational management, and educational excellence of both schools, leading key initiatives including strengthening partnerships between the schools, expanding boarding provision, and enhancing Trent's distinctive character for future growth.
