Hours : Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm (flexibility required)

The Role :

Deliver an exceptional client experience through regular, proactive communication via phone, email and SMS.

Manage compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency when liaising with clients and third parties.

Respond rapidly to all incoming communications and requests, maintaining momentum on client applications.

Liaise with external organisations to drive applications forward and ensure KPIs are consistently achieved.

Contact all new client leads within 60 seconds of submission.

Update and maintain spreadsheets and CRM records with accuracy and speed.

Handle complex and sometimes difficult client calls with professionalism and empathy.
