Salary : £35,000-£42,000

NonStop’s client, based in the Cambridgeshire, is looking for an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join their small independent fostering agency.

They are a small, family feel agency that value a community feel and therapeutic way of working . This allows you the chance to feel valued and be able to make a positive impact knowing you’re voice will be heard.

The role is fully home-based aside from visiting carers. They have an office so if you prefer a more hybrid way of working, you are always welcome to go in. This allows you the chance to have a lot of flexibility and create a schedule that works well for your personal needs.

• No Form F’s -only be required to complete one if you have a caseload around 4-5
• Less travel- carers are all within 1hr-1.5hrs of the office
