Job Title : School Minibus DriverLocation : GlasgowHours : 20 hours per week - 7.00am to 9.00am and 2.30pm to 4.30pm Monday to FridayPay Rate : £13.95 per hourTemporary for 6 - 8 weeksJob Description : We are looking for a responsible and reliable School Minibus Driver to join our client's team on a temporary basis. This role involves safely transporting students to and from school. You will start and finish in Glasgow picking up students from East Kilbride and Kilmarnock.Key Responsibilities : Safely operate the school minibus on scheduled routesEnsure the safety and well-being of all passengersConduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issuesMaintain a clean and orderly vehicleAdhere to all traffic laws and school policiesAssist students with boarding and exiting the vehicle as neededRequirements : Valid Cat D1 (no restrictions) or Cat D driver's licence with a clean driving recordPrevious experience in a similar role preferredStrong understanding of road safety regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage time effectively and adhere to schedulesA friendly and patient demeanourMust be eligible for a PVG Disclosure for Children which will be applied for by our clientIf you are passionate about ensuring the safety and comfort of our students, we would love to hear from you!
