Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit Disclosure Services Officers until end June with a possible extension. Rate of pay £13.81 / hour PAYE. These roles will be based onsite. The working hours are 35 hours per week working Monday – Friday.Candidates must have a basic disclosure Scotland certificate dated within last 3 months or be willing to apply.Responsibilities : - Provide clients with accurate information in a warm and friendly manner which may be by telephone, email and online.- Process applications for stakeholders.- Inbox monitoring and management.- Maintain correct and up-to-date stakeholder information.- Quickly determine customer needs – working with stakeholders to understand and identify needs.- Handle sensitive and personal information in line with data protection and confidentiality rules.- Process and Complete customer applications ensuring accuracy of data entry.- Work as part of a team to resolve or escalate customer queries and complaints.- Support your Team Leader and other team members in carrying out daily work activities and when new projects arise.- Access criminal history databases and interrogate as appropriate in line with current legislation.- Liaise with external stakeholders confirming relevant application information.- Support all peer groups taking part in Continuous Improvement activities.If you would like to hear more about these opportunities, please get in touch
