As our Marketing & Events Manager, you’ll sit right at the heart of everything we do - bringing together marketing, programming, partnerships, and events to create unforgettable experiences. This is a brand-new role within the Marketing team, and a chance to make a real mark. You’ll be the driving force behind growing awareness, attracting footfall, and delivering stand-out moments through clever campaigns and meaningful partnerships.
Your stage? Two of London’s most exciting destinations : KERB Social Club – our brand-new competitive socialising concept and sports bar at Old Spitalfields Market – and our flagship food hall, Seven Dials Market, in the heart of Covent Garden. From buzzing launch parties to inventive collaborations and crowd-pulling events, you’ll help shape the energy and culture of these spaces, making them unmissable for Londoners and visitors alike.
What you'll be doing
Marketing & Social Media
- Own and execute day-to-day marketing for KERB Social Club and Seven Dials Market, with support from specialist agencies and the wider Marketing team
- Brief compelling content for social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) - from copy and video briefs to on-site filming - for our agency partners to deliver.
- Manage our partner agencies across digital marketing and more, ensuring a bold, consistent tone of voice and strong ROI.
- Deliver paid and organic campaigns that drive measurable results (ticket sales, bookings, brand awareness).
- Work with the central marketing team on email marketing, website updates, and design briefs.
- Track performance across platforms, reporting on engagement, reach, and ROI and report on this monthly to the senior team.
Events & Programming
Plan and deliver a calendar of regular anchor events across KERB Social Club and Seven Dials Market (quizzes, watch parties, live music, community nights) to build a loyal audience.Support seasonal programming and large-scale activations at Seven Dials Market (e.g. Halloween, Christmas, NYE).Bring new concepts to life, from idea through to delivery, working closely with site teams and external partners.Support the site teams to liaise with traders, performers, and suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery.Analyse performance of events (attendance, revenue, repeat visits) and optimise programming accordingly.Stay ahead of cultural and hospitality trends to keep programming fresh and relevant.Brand Partnerships & Collaborations
Support the Marketing Director and wider team in securing new brand partnerships and maximising existing ones.Activate partner campaigns on-site, ensuring brands get exposure while maintaining KERB’s creative edge.Manage deliverables for partners - from branded content and signage to digital campaigns and experiential activations.Build relationships with artists, creators, and community groups to widen KERB’s network.Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with the wider marketing, events, and site teams to align strategy and execution.Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and events programming, ensuring strong ROI.Represent KERB at events and industry gatherings, acting as a brand ambassador.Champion customer experience, ensuring all marketing and programming deepens guest connection with KERB’s brand.What you'll bring to KERB
3+ years’ experience in marketing, events, or partnerships – ideally within hospitality or entertainmentA strong grasp of social media, digital marketing, and content creationProven track record in programming and delivering stand-out events or campaignsConfidence working with partners, agencies, and multiple stakeholders to make things happenA creative mindset paired with sharp commercial instinctsA hands-on, proactive approach , with the energy and drive to see projects through from idea to executionWhat you'll get by joining KERB
