I'm working with an established financial services organisation who are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of their paid media strategy and execution for the next 12 months. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on PPC and paid social specialist to make a real impact on business growth.

The Role

You'll be the driving force behind effective, profitable marketing campaigns across all paid channels - from PPC and display advertising to paid social media. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll develop and execute strategies that directly contribute to sales targets while maximising ROI.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage annual budgets for PPC, paid social, and display advertising
• Optimise Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid social accounts to drive lead generation and sales performance
• Collaborate with design agencies to create high-converting landing pages and test variants
• Analyse cross-platform data to identify optimization opportunities
