About the Role

Workpac are seeking a Workboat Operator / Master 5 to join their project team, commencing beginning of April 2024 and set to go on for 10-12 months. Our client is based at Mt Owen mine in the Hunter Valley region, NSW

What you will be doing :

Constant monitoring and operation of vessel controls to ensure optimal operation.

Direct and assist others in placing / moving anchors and floating pipeline.

Maintain vessel availability to meet or exceed planned efficiency goals.

Operate in a safe manner, adhering to company OH&S policies.

What you need :

Proven experience operating commercial vessels on construction projects.

At least a Master 5 / Master 24m near coastal certificate.

A positive can-do attitude and strong communication skills.

Ability to pass an O43 Medical Â
