After School Club Assistant (3 : 15 PM - 5 : 30 PM) - Extend Learning and Fun!

We have a selection of Primary schools in Bispham seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join their team as After School Club Assistants as soon as vetting has been completed. This is a great opportunity to create a safe, engaging, and enriching end to the students' school day.

Hours are 3 : 15 PM - 5 : 30 PM, Monday - Friday. This role is term time only. Pay is between £13.84 and £15 per hour.

About the Role :

As an After School Club Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and positive engagement of our pupils during the club hours. Your responsibilities will include :

Supervising children during activities, snack time, and free play.

Organising and leading engaging activities (e.g., arts and crafts, sports, board games).

Encouraging positive social interactions and team-building among pupils.

Assisting children with homework or reading where appropriate.

Supporting the smooth running of the club's routine and sign-out process.

Promoting good behaviour and addressing any minor incidents in line with school policy.

Ensuring the safety and security of all children until collection.

Reporting any concerns or incidents to the designated club leader or staff member.
