Senior Sales Administrator - Key Accounts
Location : Bradford, fully office based
Salary : £26,000-£30,000 DOE

Our client is a well-established and growing organisation that prides itself on delivering outstanding service to its customers. Following a period of sustained growth, they are now seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Sales Administrator to join their expanding team.
The Role :
This newly created position will play a key role in supporting the company's continued success. The Senior Sales Administrator will take responsibility for managing key customer accounts, overseeing day-to-day sales administration activities, and providing guidance to two junior administrators.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing data, order processing, and customer relationships within a busy commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the administration of key customer accounts, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and service.
Process sales orders, track deliveries, and maintain up-to-date and accurate records across internal systems.
Lead and support two junior administrators, providing training, guidance, and day-to-day direction.
Prepare and analyse sales data and reports using Excel
Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
