Marketing Executive

A vacancy has arisen at Cathedral Eye Clinic & Cathedral Dermatology for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This exciting role requires a diverse skill set, including design, digital marketing, website management, print, data analytics, and communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and designing engaging content for our social media platforms to generate sales leads. Additionally, they will develop effective strategies and optimise campaign performance to drive business growth. Responsibilities The role is to ensure we interact effectively with our customer base to increase sales through our website and media presence. This includes: Composing literature with strong, creative, and compelling content that drive results through relevant messaging. Working closely with the Business Liaison Manager to ensure an effective representation of our Clinics through Digital and Marketing Campaigns. Effectively market any promotions and offers within the Clinics. To manage email marketing campaigns, alongside the Business Liaison Manager. To work in tandem with our Business Liaison Manager to drive initiatives with external Sponsors, Clients, and Companies. Creating a regular schedule of social media posts Identifying online digital marketing trends within our industry, keeping marketing strategies up to date and in line with business needs. Utilising analytics and data with results providing a clear pathway for future business Strategy. Requirements Experience working with any email marketing automation platform e.g. Mail Chimp Experience using data analytics to determine appropriate strategies and optimize campaign performance. Proven experience to identify, introduce and improve effectiveness of marketing campaign communications and processes. Strong attention to detail, planning and quality assurance. Understanding of Google Analytics 4 Understanding of paid ads - Facebook, TikTok & Google ads (can be taught but wants to learn) Ability to write content plans & work with agencies, designers & internal teams Ability to write engaging email content & manage data effectively Skills: Content Marketing Social media strategy Website content Benefits: Annual Bonus / 13th Cheque Medical Aid / Health Care Paid Holidays
