Job descriptionDraft and review legal documents Communicate with clients regarding case status and requests for additional information Prepare and submit visa applications with the appropriate government agencies Research and review immigration laws and regulations Organise case files and maintain the firm's case management system Attend client meetings, take instructions and assist with client intake 2 years’ experience working in immigration law either as a Paralegal or Newly qualified solicitor. Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to multitask and prioritise deadlines Be proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software such as LexisNexis or Westlaw Have a passion for immigration law Willing to be office based

My client, based in Birmingham, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their Immigration Team on a permanent basis.
Benefits :
- Salary up to £26,000 dependant on experience
- Hours - Monday – Thursday 09 : 00am to 17 : 30pm and Friday 09 : 00am to 17 : 00pm
- 37hrs per week
- Location - Sheldon
- 33 Days holiday - Pro Rota (Inclusive of Bank Holidays)
