We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance across occupied social housing properties in Westminster .

£24.60 per hour (CIS)

Van and fuel card provided

Ongoing, long-term position

Consistent workload and support from an experienced team

Key Responsibilities :

Electrical fault finding and repairs

Rewires, lighting, sockets, fuse boards, and EICRs

Testing and inspection within domestic properties

Minor multi-trade tasks where required

Ensuring works are completed safely and to a high standard

Requirements :

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation

18th Edition (essential)

2391 or 2394 / 2395 Testing & Inspection (preferred)

Experience in domestic / social housing repairs

Full UK driving licence

Own tools and testing kit

Location : Westminster and surrounding areas

Start Date : Immediate
