Overview

Analytical Development Scientist (chemistry) Cancer Development at Piramal Pharma Solutions. Responsible for analytical method development, validation, and technical transfer.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned work as agreed with the project lead and / or Analytical Development Manager. Ensure efficient use of time to complete assigned objectives.
• Maintain laboratory areas in compliance with client, regulatory GMP, and safety requirements.
• Engage in compliance and continuous improvement projects.
• Provide cover for fellow Analytical Development Scientists as required.
• Promote economic use of labor, materials, energy, and services. Suggest and implement cost-saving and waste-reduction measures.
• Identify opportunities for improved workflows to enhance efficiency, cost control, and GMP / safety performance.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Ensure timely completion of all assigned project deliverables.
• Take the lead on project components where appropriate, in agreement with the Analytical Development Manager.
• Plan and execute work aligned with project timelines and customer expectations.
• Support analytical method development, tech transfer, qualification, and validation activities.
• Coordinate with peers for effective workload planning and timeline adherence.
• Communicate with clients professionally as required.
