As their new Block Manager, youll take ownership of a varied portfolio spanning across Herts, Beds and London.

Responsibilities you'll take lead on will include :

Preparing and managing service charge budgets

Handling day-to-day maintenance issues and contractor management

Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring compliance

Attending AGMs and residents meetings

Liaising with Leaseholders, Freeholders, RMC Directors and contractors

Ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and lease terms

Working closely with internal departments to deliver a high standard of service
