Job description

Technical Delivery Manager

Location : Fleet and Northampton (2-3 days onsite)

Day Rate : £340 (Inside IR35)

Responsibilities

Deliver complex change projects across datacentre infrastructure and software development.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with key business and technical stakeholders.
Drive change adoption through communication, training, and ongoing improvement.

Requirements & Essential Skills

Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale projects in a regulated financial environment.

Strong background in multimodal delivery : Waterfall (infrastructure) and Agile / Scrum / Kanban (software).

Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.

Solid understanding of risk management, control frameworks, and compliance.

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Desirable Experience

Experience in PCI-DSS, payments, or financial regulatory environments.

AWS cloud migration and infrastructure delivery.

Familiarity with control and governance practices in regulated organisations.
