Salary : £30,000 – £34,000 Basic + Uncapped OTE (Realistic earnings up to £60,000+)

Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30am–5 : 00pm + 1 in 3 Saturdays

Bonus : Attractive signing-on bonus available for the successful candidate

About the Role

We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a prestige main dealer in Bedford who are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their successful and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a premium brand, in a state-of-the-art workshop, with full manufacturer training and ongoing career development.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to the highest standards.

Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.

Perform road tests and quality checks.

Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately, maintaining the dealer’s reputation for excellence.

Work collaboratively with the Service team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

What’s on Offer

Basic salary of £30,000 – £34,000 (depending on experience).

Uncapped bonus scheme – realistic OTE up to £60,000+.

Signing-on bonus.

Monday–Friday working hours (8 : 30am–5 : 00pm).
