Store Manager

We are looking for a Store Manager to join Team OB in our brand new Glasgow Silverburn store.

As a Store Manager, you will lead the store to success by boosting sales and motivating your team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will bring enthusiasm, positivity and joy by inspiring your customers and colleagues and maximising sales.

• Analyse a variety of reports to measure the success of the store and team.
• Work with KPIs to evaluate the stores performance and identify development areas.
• Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to all team members, making sure their personal objectives and the stores objectives are being met.
