Head of Alliances (Partnerships) at Clarity (formerly Anecdote). Locations : London, UK | Riyadh, KSA | New York, USA.

The Role

As Head of Alliances, you will be responsible for building and scaling Clarity’s partner ecosystem to drive incremental revenue and accelerate company growth. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will own the full lifecycle of partnerships - from strategy and recruitment through enablement, co-selling, and ongoing management. You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, engineering and product, while also building deep relationships with global / regional system integrators, hyperscalers, and strategic technology partners. This is a career-defining opportunity to establish and lead one of Clarity’s most critical growth engines.

Responsibilities

  • Alliance Strategy & Ownership : Define and drive Clarity’s global partner strategy, with focus on system integrators, and hyperscalers. Lead the full partnership lifecycle : identification, recruitment, enablement, GTM execution, and ongoing management. Develop existing partnerships into meaningful revenue drivers.
  • Revenue Acceleration : Drive partner-sourced and influenced revenue by embedding co-sell engagement with Clarity’s regional sales teams. Set clear KPIs, build reporting dashboards, and regularly present performance to Clarity’s leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless alignment of partner initiatives. Translate complex AI / ML capabilities into compelling joint value propositions.
  • Ecosystem Development : Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic partners. Act as the senior sponsor and trusted advisor for key accounts within the partner ecosystem.
  • Team Building : Hire, coach, and scale a high-performing alliances team. Instil a growth-oriented, collaborative culture aligned with Clarity’s values.

Requirements

  • Experience & Expertise : 7+ years in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales at a B2B SaaS or cloud services company. 4+ years in alliances leadership roles, including hiring and managing high-performing teams. Strong track record of building partnerships with global SIs and hyperscalers (especially GCP). Demonstrated success in developing and executing joint GTM strategies and driving revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Skills & Mindset : Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and ability to identify new market opportunities. Excellent communication and executive presence, with experience presenting to C-level stakeholders.
