About the Role

As Nursery Manager, you’ll lead a passionate team to deliver exceptional early years care and education in line with the EYFS framework. Your mission is to create a safe, fun, and stimulating learning environment where children can explore, develop, and thrive.

You Will

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated nursery team
• Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, compliance, and care
• Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the local community
• Champion our unique Bee Curious curriculum to spark curiosity and confidence in every child
