Main duties of the job As Clinical Team Manager (CTM) for CRISS you will offer management support and guidance to the staff team and lead on specific developments as identified. This post is one of 6 CTM posts covering the service over 7 days predominantly working a 9am -5pm pattern so may include some weekend working. The post supports the Operational Manager to provide the leadership structure for the service overall. You will support the other band 7’s in times of absence to ensure the whole service is functioning safely.Within this role the post will lead all aspects of clinical governance and service improvement in an ever-evolving climate.
