Health & Safety Advisor - Cheshire x2 brand new roles, greenfield projects

A leading UK & multinational Retailer and Household Name Business, are seeking 2x new Health & Safety Advisors, as part of a brand new investment in Health & Safety programmes across both their HQ and wider retail estate, working in a newly formed team.

These roles will be based from the businesses HQ in Warrington, Cheshire, with occasional travel to their retail sites, as dictated autonomously by the post holder (with full expenses for any travel.)

The business has recently undergone significant transformation & change, £10s of millions invested in a new Digital platform, new HQ building & Digital services & operations within the retail business.

Due to this they re on a further growth trajectory, which includes further investment in their Health & Safety team, training and tooling.

These roles will focus on supporting both key internal stakeholders within HQ & their retail estates, offering advice, support & improving H&S awareness, compliance, training, safety management and reporting with full business buy-in, presenting an exciting prospect to influence the definition & creation of H&S policy and documentation, rather than just solely auditing and reporting.

These roles are based full time on site, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday in Warrington.

40 hours a week an hour for lunch, flexible and start and finish times.

Essential Requirements :

Candidates must have a recognised commercial background / proven career history / experience as a Health and Safety Advisor,

Officer, or Executive.

Must hold relevant qualifications - NEBOSH General certificate essential

IOSH membership desirable

Clean UK drivers licences and access to own transport

Must live within commutable distance of Warrington, Cheshire and be able and willing to work on site 5 days a week M-F
