Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm or 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm

Employment Type : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : £26,000 - £27,000 per annum + bonus

Search Recruitment Group - one of the UK's leading recruitment agencies is looking for a Recruitment Administrator & Resourcer to join our established business support team in Liverpool.

This is a fast-paced, varied role supporting our consultants and ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients.

You'll play a key part in the end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing talent, managing applications, coordinating interviews, and providing first‑class administrative support.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment, enjoys multitasking, and wants to develop a long-term career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews.

Manage inbound applications and maintain accurate candidate records.

Draft and post job adverts across multiple platforms.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Support consultants with compliance, document checks, and onboarding.

Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy.

Act as a first point of contact for candidate enquiries.

Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team.About You

We're looking for someone who is :

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Confident communicating with people at all levels.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Tech-savvy with good knowledge of MS Office and online platforms.

A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
