Contract Type : 12-Week Temp to Perm (Permanent employment after successful completion of probation)

Shifts : Rotating – 6 : 00am–2 : 00pm / 2 : 00pm–10 : 00pm

About the Role

We are working in partnership with a well-established company based in Biggleswade to recruit multiple Warehouse Operatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team in a modern, well-organised warehouse environment.

The role begins as a 12-week temporary contract with the opportunity for permanent position upon successful completion of the probationary period.

Key Responsibilities

Picking, packing, and preparing orders accurately and efficiently.

Loading and unloading goods.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

Following health and safety guidelines at all times.

Working as part of a team to meet targets and deadlines.

Carrying out general warehouse duties as required.

Requirements

Previous warehouse or similar experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided).

Ability to work to targets and deadlines.

Good level of physical fitness (some manual handling required).

Flexibility to work rotating shifts.

Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamworking skills.
