This is an exciting opportunity to join Mayfair's destination point at the award winning Beaumont Hotel. We are looking for a Commis Chef for our new restaurant opening Rosi to become part of The Beaumont Hotel legacy. You will a ssist the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie in the preparation of dishes on their section, and to ensure that the food quality for both guest and staff is kept to the highest standard.
Main Responsibilities :
To p roduce all necessary food for all food service operations as required and as instructed by the Sous chef or Head Chef
To m aintain quality and quantity control in all aspects, from portion control to freshness of the product presented.
To u nderstand and comply with food hygiene regulations.
Learn the ordering of food for his / her section of the kitchen.
Be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements.
