Equans is looking for a HR Administration Manager to join our team in Newcastle Upon Tyne on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
The HR Administration Manager is accountable for the delivery of effective administration of the following processes (hire to retire, employee vetting, employee data management and occupational health) by driving continuous improvement initiatives, through innovation and best practice to deliver quality, compliant procedures.
The role is responsible for leading a team of 21, supporting the Equans UK Business Unit key stakeholders to deliver strategic and operational people initiatives that maximise the performance of the Business.
The role reports into the Head of Employee Services, and is one of the three key leaders in Employee Services.
This role will deputise for the Head of Employee Services where applicable due to availability or business demand. Based out of our Newcastle Upon Tyne Business Services Centre, the role offers the opportunity to split time between home and office working, with occasional travel required.
