Overview

KS1 Teaching Assistant

Location : Ealing, London Hours : Full-time, 8 : 30am - 4 : 30pm Pay : 2200- 2350 per month Start Date : ASAP

Key Responsibilities

Providing support to teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities.
Assisting with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and the implementation of learning plans.
Encouraging and supporting students in their learning, helping them reach their full potential.
Building strong, positive relationships with students to help them thrive academically and emotionally.
Embracing professional development opportunities and learning from experienced colleagues.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about working with children and eager to contribute to a supportive and inclusive school environment. The ideal candidate will have :

A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to support children\'s learning and well-being.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A willingness to learn and develop within the education field.

The ability to work as part of a collaborative team.

Experience in a similar role or an interest in pursuing a career in education (previous experience is desirable but not essential).
