OVERVIEW :

• Responsibilities include managing a varied caseload with a focus on probate and trust administration
• Supporting departmental meetings and contributing to team development
• Wrking closely with a team that values input from all fee earners
• Join their team on an ongoing part-time basis (4 days per week)
• This role offers hybrid working
• Applications are open to solicitor or legal executives with 3–5 years’ PQE in private client law
• You will be able to handle probate and trust matters independently
• The ideal candidate will be based locally or within reasonable commuting distance to Plymouth
• You will be open to ongoing locum work, with potential interest in a permanent role (optional)
• On offer is hybrid working arrangements, competitive day rate depending on experience and the opportunity to join on a temp-to-perm basis if desired
