Children’s Home Manager

Salary : £60,000 – £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Registered Manager to lead our therapeutic children’s home, providing outstanding care and stability for young people with complex needs. What you’ll do :

• Lead, manage, and motivate a dedicated staff team to deliver high standards of care
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and drive the home toward “Outstanding” ratings
• Create and implement care plans tailored to each child’s needs
• Manage budgets, staffing, and rota planning effectively
• Work closely with local authorities, professionals, and families to achieve the best outcomes for young people
