Children’s Home Manager
Salary : £60,000 – £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Registered Manager to lead our therapeutic children’s home, providing outstanding care and stability for young people with complex needs. What you’ll do :
- Lead, manage, and motivate a dedicated staff team to deliver high standards of care
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and drive the home toward “Outstanding” ratings
- Create and implement care plans tailored to each child’s needs
- Manage budgets, staffing, and rota planning effectively
- Work closely with local authorities, professionals, and families to achieve the best outcomes for young people
What we’re looking for :
Minimum Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare) or equivalentAt least 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s homeStrong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practicesA leader who can balance compassion with accountabilityResilient, motivated, and committed to achieving excellence in residential childcareWhat’s on offer :
