As a Senior Software Engineer , you’ll design and build high-quality, scalable software that keeps our products and operations running smoothly. You’ll write clean, maintainable code that balances immediate needs with long-term system sustainability. Working closely with both technical and non-technical teams, you’ll help shape our technical roadmap, break down silos, and ensure alignment with our architecture. You’ll also mentor junior engineers, share your expertise, and introduce new technologies that help us work smarter and more effectively together.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, effective, and scalable code to deliver reliable systems that drive business success.
• Make pragmatic, well-informed decisions that align with our vision and future growth.
• Work proactively and at pace, maintaining high standards and leading by example, while staying calm under pressure to quickly evaluate options and implement practical solutions.
• Identify and recommend technology solutions to improve overall business efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams and with architecture owners to break down silos and deliver the technical roadmap.
